This is mostly so I have easy access to edit as needed. Second: The ATK/DEF values are based on the pokemon's stats. Third: I will make the standard mons first and go through with retrains as necessary. This means that a retrain will only appear in the generation in which that ability appeared. ATK is based on the offensive stats DEF is based on the defensive stats I just add them up and go from there.
