Uploading pictures from own PC

Ello, 

Im actually really new here, wanted to try out making a YuGiOh orica however i realised i cant upload my own pictures. I briefly scrolled through the forums and only saw one post in regards to this and the answer to that post is that the feature has been removed since late 2016. im curious and want to know why the removal of that feature and will it be back? because i do have cards that i want to make using my own pictures. If not, how do i use the Picture URL function because i tried for over an hour to figure out how it work and i still cant get it.

You have to upload the picture from your pc onto a site like imgur. Once you do, open the picture on its own tab and use that url.

The card maker only recognizes picture urls that have a picture file extension on the end (.png/.jpg). For example: If the url you are using has something like ".jpg/resize/blahblah", then just delete stuff so that it ends with ".jpg" and it should work.
