You may also activate this card by shuffle up to 4 cards from your field (Min 1) and/or hand to your Deck. Target card on the field, Destroy a number of card(s) among the target and/or adjacent to it even in row (both Horizontally and Vertically) equal to the number of monster shuffled to activate this card (if any) +1. Technically, as is, it'd likely just be limited unless you consider how broken this would be in a LS deck.

While LS does care for milling deck, they dont really take advantage from effects that shuffle them back in unless they manage to have field that mill large quantities of them, which at that point better off win using those field than trying to win-more value of this card, also you need at minimum to shuffle 1 monster on the field for the alternative cost, which i can tell you not the best investment for any deck ever and if you desperate, the rest of the shuffle 3 from hand is also very detrimental unless you very sure of either those monster are bricks or your field (that just lost 1 monster) can survive via this card aid

Outside its alternative activation cost this is super-hopt destruction-based spot removal which not really that amazing outside its capablity to also destroy things other than its target (which is also limited by nature)

Such an unique destruction effect, haha.
Card is in a weird position IMO: it has an edge for its non-targeting destruction effect, but it has to target specifically a monster to destroy another else without targeting it. The cost makes me think of "A Forbidden Droplet", but it's missing perks from the latter, namely the Quick-Play card type and the pseudo spell speed 4 trait, plus this card is locked to spending only monsters. Overall it's an awkward board-breaker and would rather run cards like Lightning Storm or Ruler No More before this. If it was a Quick-Play, however, you would be onto something.
