Equip only to a monster you control.  The equipped monster gains 300 ATK/DEF.  Once per turn: You can pay 600 LP and target 1 monster on the field; the target's effects are negated as long as the equipped monster remains face-up on the field (even if this card leaves the field).  You can activate this effect 1 additional time if the equipped monster is a Psychic monster.

 

I'd recently rediscovered an old online flash tcg called Elements and I wanted to convert one of its cards into a Yugioh equivalent.
