Negate the effects of all face-up Trap Cards. So Isolated Safety is a card based on the current pandemic where it acts as the house you stay in to self Isolate but with this prevents your and your opponents monsters from battling (and provide social distancing) and stops all Traps like the Virus Trap Cards.
