So a Link retrain of the OG Wroughtweiler where it treats itself as a HERO Card to work with the Xtra HERO Link Monsters and other HERO Monsters. In addition it has 3 handy effects where it can gain ATK equal to the ATK of a Monster it points to, add Skyscrapper to your hand and even recycle a HERO and Polymerization from your GY.

I don't like this. It's literally free pluses by turning any non-Link HERO into a search for a Skyscraper, then you can do something as simple as using this monster as Link Material to recycle a HERO or Poly, namely any maindeck HERO you use for its Link Summon. If it was only 1 of either effect per turn and only once that turn, then it would be less abusive, but even then triggering stuff like, let's say, Shadow Mist and then getting back another HERO sounds potent enough.
