Thomas★Zero Posted December 24, 2023 Report Share Posted December 24, 2023 (edited) Kaiser White Seahorse lv 4 LIGHT Sea Serpent/Effect If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, Deck or GY, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except LIGHT Dragon monsters. If your opponents monster attacks or activates a monster effect that would target this card or a "Blue-Eyes" monster (Quick Effect): You can tribute this card; negate the attack/activation and destroy it, then, Special Summon 2 "White Seahorse Tokens" (Sea Serpent/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position, also, these tokens cannot be tributed or used as material except for a LIGHT Dragon monster.
