Thomas★Zero Posted January 13 Report Share Posted January 13 (edited) Rose Restriction Continuous Spell Card After activation: You can either add 1 "Rose Dragon" monster from your Deck to your hand or send 1 Plant monster from your Deck to your GY. Once per turn, during either players turn: You can banish 1 Plant monster from your GY, then, target 1 monster your opponent controls; the targeted cards ATK/DEF become 0 and its effects are negated until the End Phase this turn, also, if you control a "Rose Dragon" Synchro monster, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the activation of this effect.
