This card can attack twice during each of your Battle Phases. If this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponents LP. If this card is destroyed by an opponents card: You can either Special Summon 1 Link 4 "Borrel" Link monster from your Extra Deck or GY or Special Summon up to 2 Link 2 or lower Link monsters from your GY, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except DARK Dragon monsters. (A Special Summon from the Extra Deck is treated as a Link Summon.) You can only use this effect of "Dual Borreload Cannon Dragon" once per turn. Decent target for Rapid Trigger, although since it's much more specific in the needed materials than Borreload Furious Dragon, or Starving Venom Fusion Dragon, it's more of a hassle to field. Possibly the material requirements could be changed to "1 "Borrel" monster with 3000 ATK and 1 Link-2 or higher DARK Link monster". That would make it considerably simpler for the deck to field, since you could use the Savage, Furious, or Riot Dragons as material. Rokkets already have some trouble recovering monsters from the GY, so spending 4 materials on a Borrel Link monster only to fuse it away for this card isn't the best for your card economy.
