You can only use each effect of "Multi Rokket Dragon" once per turn.

Pay half your LP; Special Summon 1 "Borrel" Link monster from your Extra Deck whose name is different from the monsters you control and Link Rating is equal or less than a "Borrel" Link monster you control with the highest Link Rating. (This Special Summon is treated as a Link Summon.) You can only activate 1 "Borrel Arsenal" per turn.

If you control a DARK Dragon or EARTH Plant Link monster, this card is unaffected by your opponents card effects.

Banish 1 DARK Dragon Link monster in your GY; inflict damage to your opponent equal to its Link Rating x 400. You can target 1 DARK Dragon Link monster in your banishment and banish this card from your GY; return the targeted card to the Extra Deck, then, Special Summon "Rokket" monsters with different names from your hand, Deck, GY or banishment up to the Link Rating of the targeted card, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except DARK Dragon monsters. You can only activate 1 "Borrel Trigger" effect per turn and only once that turn.
