Warrior/Fusion/Effect
"Elemental HERO Neos" + 3+ monsters with different Attributes
Must be Fusion Summoned. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's effect activations. Gains 500 ATK for each material used for its summon. During your Main Phase: You can banish 2 monster with different Attributes from your GY; apply 1 of the following effects, also, you can only activate each of the following effects of "Elemental HERO Supreme Divine Neos" once per turn.
* Gain ATK/DEF equal to the number of cards on the field x 500.
* Either shuffle all monsters or all Spell/Trap cards your opponent controls into the Deck.
* Special Summon 1 "Elemental HERO" or "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Deck, GY or banishment ignoring its summoning conditions.
ATK/3500 DEF/3000

It is a really good going second but I think it is a bit too easy to summon for how strong it is. I think it should read:

"Elemental HERO Neos + 3 monsters with different attributes on the field"

It will be a little harder to summon that way but not by that much considering how HEROS can just summon a lot of monsters. Also, why the materials are "3+" monsters? What is the benefit of using nothing more than the bare minimum? Usually, monsters like that have benefits for using more monsters for their summon. Maybe have its ATK at "?" and make an eff that gains ATK for each attribute used for its summon, idk
