You can only use the following effects of "Blast Ring Master" once per turn. * If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) * If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Ring of Destruction" and 1 "Ring of Defense" from your Deck or GY to your hand.
