An LIGHT Xyz monster with this card attached to it as Xyz material cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. You can only use the following effects of "Galaxy Star" once per turn. * You can discard 1 card from your hand; Special Summon this card (from your hand), and if you do, you can target 1 other monster you control, the targeted cards Level becomes 9 until the End Phase this turn. * If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can either add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force" from your Deck to your hand or Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower monster from your GY in Defense Position, and if you do, its Level becomes 9.
