Magical Trick Hats
Trap Card
If you control "Dark Magician" or exactly 1 monster, you can activate this card from your hand. Change all monsters you control to face-down Defense Position, then, you can Special Summon up to 2 Trap cards in your Main Monster Zones as Normal Monsters (ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-down Defense Position, also, if a Trap card summoned by this effect is attacked and flipped face-up, you can activate it (if possible.) You can banish this card from your GY; shuffle the position of all face-down cards you control. You can only activate 1 "Magical Trick Hats" per turn.

The way this is worded would have you special the traps from your monster zones to your monster zones rather than the spell/trap zone or deck(like og magical hats). 

Great idea though, I would definitely play it if it were real.
