It varies on the pack.For example, SOI (Shadow of Infinity) the #3 was for Ruin Queen of Oblivion. I got 3 Ruins that day from different places. #21 in TAEV was for Il Blud. ETC. I suppose it'll vary on the shipping, but the feat is still the same. The packaging is also a very important note, since not all have a box or are sold individually in a cardboard display with 1 booster or 2 booster packs sold all together.
