Meaning that it takes a little time to get off the ground, but once it does, it delivers very fast, continuous, devastating moves. Crystal Beast - hmmmm, about a guarded medium-charge cannon. Because it takes a little longer to get off, but it does have decent protection in the beginning, and it delivers very devastating combos throughout about... 3 turns or so.
