If you narrowed the eyes, straightened the hair, widened the chin, added lips and teeth, made the nose bigger, gave yourself nostrils, gave yourself some real eyebrows, gave yourself some facial hair and/or pimples, oh and don't forget an Adam's apple, THEN that would look like you. I've been a member of this forum for like 6 months, you think that all this time I've never looked at a manga picture? I was being sarcastic because I don't like manga......I think it's annoying and over dramatic and repetitive. All the characters look very similar. If you had two manga males standing right next to each other, you wouldn't be able to differentiate them by their facial features, which is how you measure a good artist. A talented artist notices the subtleties in the human face, and that's what allows him to draw realistic portraits. Manga is away around being able to recognize that.
