HORUS
I scratched the idea of the Ultimate Field (i kept getting all my Ground Collapses, and couldnt do anything). so i made this. It's mostly Tomato Toolbox. i basically use Hydrogeddon, Apprentice Magician, Mystic Tomato, and Cyber Dragon to quickly summon monsters and go for the jugular. Jerry OldMaster
hm... good....But what's the use of Hydrogeddon? And I think, with such a Summoning force you have, more Tributes won't hurt...... But it would own, yeah......
Mr. Best Male 2008
Hydrogeddon is a deck thinner
chaoserver
Just a few things: -Guardian sphinx, a good opponent wont let you get it's effect off. - Lightning vortex, it's better to just have smashing grounds. - Run dustshoot it twos. -Magic drain instead of magic jammer. -Bottomless trap holes instead of Sak perhaps. Or a mirror force instead of a sak. - You run hydroggedons, as I do. they work much better with two shrinks. And if you dont have the cards to fix your trap lineup maybe try rush recklesslys. -No good comes of chainsaw insect outside of skill drain. Try an attack force if you must. -Magic drain instead of spell shield aswell.

chaoserver
No no tributes are bad. It's better to be able to play a monster without worrying about getting it out, and hydroggedon is a phenomenal card.
georgeyboy654
-seven tools-reckless greed(both)-sphinx-chainsaw insect(both, terrible card)and other stuff that has been said +united we stand(great with mataza)+rush recklessly/shrink any combination, but maximum of 2 of each card+3 gravekeepers spy+any 2 monarchs overall you have the basics correct, but you need some work. chaoserver
To be honest I only find reckless good in burn/chain burn. Yes it's good if you get two off draw, but chances are slim with it being at two. I'd say take them out. If you could get two dd assailants(better than chainsaw, 700 Atk difference but excellent monster removal and no negative effect) and two reinforcement of the armies(better than reckless usually, get what you need for the situation rather than hoping you draw it) you could go that route. So the fixes would be: - 2 chainsaw insects-2 reckless greeds +2 d.d assailants+2 reinforcement of the armies. Edit: Also, I prefer rat toolbox to tomato, as it's more efficient/easier to use(exileds, wildhearts, ifl ect.) though if you like this maybe try apprentice engine with the release of the tactical evolution. HORUS
hmm... thing is i dont have either of those, let alone 2 of each. Is Zombyra the Dark any good?what about Helping Robo for Combat?Should i add another Mataza?maybe Giant Germ?
chaoserver
Giant germ- Monster removal just hurts it too much. Zombrya- Terrible. Only use might be in a virus deck, and even then giant orcs better. Robo- Cant get it out with tomato, chances of it killing anything is slim to none, even with Atk boosts. If you want a machine that lets you draw use dekochi, and that way you dont need to return anything to the bottom of your deck. Mataz- It might be good, but you should get another shrink and atleast two smashings/fissure if you do. Until you get assailants/reinforcements one couldnt hurt. Purple Dinosaur
Yes...definetly smashing ground...but if you want your opponent's monster in DEF than I would suggest a block attack too... Heck! Maybe put a Hammer Shot!!!
HORUS
Chaoserver: how does Apprentice Engine work and which cards in TAEV would go good with it? i have 2 Apprentice Magician and some Old Vindictives, what others should i have? georgeyboy654
Fortune teller of crystal, in the new set, will almost definitely be limited or semi-limited on release. flip: Look at the top 2 cards of your deck, choose one and add it to your hand, put the other card to the bottom of your deck

HORUS
actually that was a triple post, but it did help. (P.S. its name is actually Crystal Seer.)
chaoserver
Yes, fortuneteller is the card from TAEV. It's just a common and apprentice engine consists of the following cards: Apprentice magician, Old vindictive magician, and soon crystal fortuneteller. Very cheap and effective. HORUS
thanks. i'll change that immediately. i have some Apprentices and 3 OVM's, so i'll go ahead and add those. also, i tried out Morphing Jar #2, and it seems to be alright. should i keep it in or take it out?? it actually won me 2 duels. once because of its effect, once by attacking directly with it.
Static
rid yourself of Jar #2, if you go to a competitive tourney, you'll want a better card. Try the original morphing jar.
HORUS
okay. i dont have a Morphing Jar, so i'll just have to put in another Newdoria.
georgeyboy654
With that amount of summoning, you should really consider adapting 2 monarch, i run monarch, and it is one of the most consistent decks around-RUN IT!!
