I would like to rework my statement.::

 

It all actually just depends on who you are, who what position you like to be in.

Like, if you like being on top, then you like more controle over her, which is good if you want to protect her, but it'll probably end pretty badly and you just get rolled off and left for sorrow.

 

Or, if you like to be on bottom, then you like the girl to controle you, which is good for keeping her happy, but you sacrifice your own freedom just for her, and it can also end badly, because then she has the power to leave you for sorrow anyway.

 

 

So, in my opinion, find a girl that likes it both ways. Trust me, you'll end up being alot happier when you let the girl somewhat controle your life, but still get to live your life as well. Because this way, if she's ever down, you can be there to make her up again, and if your down, she'll be thereto make you up again.

Honestly I would give up Yu-Gi-Oh! for my girlfriend. It's not like she's asking you to change your personality completely. Odds are they wouldn't even care. If you just never told her she would probably never find out.

I still stand by my belief if someone wants you to change to suit themselves, it just isnt worth the emotional pain and everything else that goes with it. Trust me I know. I tried quitting once for a girl, it wasnt worth it because she still said no to me anyway. It was a waste of time. I was bored. I had nothing else better to do. I aint one of those n00bs that cant play properly for crap but I also dont see myself as a nerd or geek, even if I play Yugioh. That just seems stereotypical to me.

All I know is yugioh will always be there and theres not a guarnte that girls will be so I would say never stop what you like too do for anyone. Because in the end You always have your self and your hobbys. If the girl is the "one" then she wont mind you playing yugioh. Matter of fact she will go with you to regionals! It should be enough just too spend time with you. But in a relationship you should Not cancel a date with her just because its regionals or locals...that is EPICLY BAD. I would say never ever change or you will find the wroung girl. Theres that person for everyone but if you fake who you really are then you will end up with the wroung person.
