Ill give you my reasoning exactly the same as ive stated before to Darth:

Not all rules are written rules. Take sport for an example. There are many ways say in cricket to do something which gives you team an unfair advantage which is not against the rules (such as a bowler switching the side of the wicket he is bowling and the batsman holding the bails on so he cant be bowled)' date=' however neither will do this because it is against the spirit of the game.

People who cannot followed the spirit of the game will most likely be forced to forfeit any advantage they have gained and the rule be written into the rules after the incident has occured.

In my eyes DJ did the right thing

[/quote']

But Mr. Mod

DJ also comitted this unholy act.

And I'll give you what I said to that statement earlier:

And, even if there are these unwritten rules, they are the kind that should definitely be warned about before punishment is issued, and despite Dj claiming he warned them, there has been no evidence to support his claim that he did indeed inform them to stop this action. I can understand telling them not to do it anymore, and that they will be punished if they do it again, but removing their points right away for an unwritten rule just doesn't seem right or fair.

Just because someone else does it, doesnt make it just. Two wrongs dont make a right. I dont know what DJ has done in the past. If he has done the same i agree the same punishment should be given to him.

thats not what im saying

im saying if we get the punishment for this

he shall to!

stop with your

F U C K I N G, tries at trying to bend your arguements to support Dj, Dj lied when he said he gave us a warning, he lied when he said he was did the right of removing the points.

and he lied when he said, he would respect the rules, when he accepted the position has a mModerator!

Exactly. No one would really do this. Um why should the points be taken away as a punishment? I've never read this rule in any forum. Is it a new rule past globals or is it a normal rule that just smooshed out of my face. Mods should not be promoting these rules. I have to really check with someone and J-max has a very good point.

Some people dont care about reps. Thus should rep spamming be ok? The same applies to the highest donators list

oo, but Mr. Mod, theres rules about Rep Spamming

you totally missed the F U C K I N G point

it just flew passed your head,

Mr. Mod, get in the game!

Really and seriously, um rep spamming is a waaaaaay different zone on what er are talking about. We are actually talking about some mods taking over members. Um punishments should be like "You won't be able to post until this day" "Your banned until this day" Points have nothing to do with punishments.

You don't seem to completely (if at all) understand Bloodrun's point.

He was trying to say that seeing as there is not particular written rule about this' date=' DJ's actions were a little, or majorly, drastic.

On this I really agree with him. Had there been a written rule, maybe these actions wouldn't have been so...harsh.

But considering the fact that there is [i']no[/i] written rule, this was way out of line.

Who cares? It's points and top donator (a spot no one cares about). The action has been taken, just forget about it and move on. NO ONE CARES.

Saying that still could mean ur lying. Also ive already posted my thoughts on unwritten rules.

Id like to bring up another example:

South Africa were playing the west indies and the west indies need 6 to win off the last ball. South Africa then did something so unsportsman like that it has been written into cricket history. So the other team had no chance of getting the six, they bowled an under arm ball along the ground. The game ended, However at a later date the match was awarded to the west indies and Underarm balls were banned
