Orochi
only a n00b would say breaker isn't splashable... enough ATK to destroy almost any lv4 cad on ATK and any LV5+ on DEF... also destroys a S/T with the only cost of removing the counter that gains when is normal summoned, and it can have more counters with apprentice magician and dark pitch stone... i say BAN IT... Orochi
counterability does NOT imply balance... how many times do we have to repeat the same to you people?!?!?!?! your lack of understandings is only equal to your lack of playing skills... Guest
There's more ban worthy cards than Breaker. There's also more ban worthy cards than Pot of Greed. Chaos Emperor Dragon is one of them. Therefore' date=' Pot of Greed should be made legal. And don't judge me if you don't know me. Your false logic provides us with sufficient information about you. Besides' date=' I grew tired of playing the TCG weeks ago.[/quote'] And I haven't played for half a year. The difference is that I don't spew evidence of my stupidity all over the forums. ~Kenpachi Zaraki Now you're under the delusion that your name carries some weight. Orochi
so?? because there's more banworthy cards a really banworthy card must run free?? where do you get your logic from?? cereal boxes??
Thegargoylevine
Well, it would be a waste of paper and ink if we weren't allowed to use this card, so I say it shall be Limited. That way, I don't need to run Dust Tornado anymore against Macro.
Guest Supreme Gamesmaster
DMoC is heaps splashable. If you think Breaker is as splashable as DMoC' date=' then that would probably mean Breaker could be used in almost every deck.[/quote'] Yes, that was what I was implying. He could very well be a card that reads "Destroy 2 cards on the field. The next time you Tribute Summon a monster, you require 1 less Tribute for that Tribute Summon." He has the same power as Gyzarus when he comes out for all intents and purposes. That said, he's limitworthy for using up your Normal Summon. Special Summon, and he's just a 1600 lolatk beatstick. Guest
Limited.Hurts at 3.Good at 1. Now we get to the heart of the matter. Obviously' date=' Breaker cannot combo with itself, and it isn't Twin-Headed Behemoth, so in order to be Limit-worthy, it must be bad for the game at 3 but good for the game at 1. Bad for the game at 3 is obvious. Now, can someone figure out how this helps the game at 1? I say for it to be limited and get yelled at. Others say limited and what happens? Nothing. It's because I'm black isn't it? ~Kenpachi Zaraki I can't yell at everyone who does anything wrong. There are too many people doing too many things wrong for me to handle. samer_13
Limited, bounces back and back all the time, and that should stop. Also sure it is a MST on legs but there a lot of ways to clear him of the field.
Guest
If I were to be asked: BANNED. Limit the breaker limited. Limited. Do you lot not know what a "discussion" is? Look' date=' frankly, I don't care how many ways there are to stop CED and such. They are already BANNED.[/quote'] Konami's banlist sucks. It is irrelevant to all arguments. Why do you all keep focusing on my opinion? Because we can. I say it's counter able' date='[/quote'] So is every card in the game. and is useless via Special Summon. Ohnoes. 1600 ATK is BLEH. That "BLEH" is enough to run over at least 80% of all Level-4-or-below monsters that anybody ever uses. If you don't like my opinion' date=' too freakin bad. I stick by it.[/quote'] Aw, man. The horror. You totally owned me. I'm gonna go slit my wrists now. ~Kenpachi Zaraki Maybe I should bring back my old above-sig. It's only relevant to a forum completely unrelated to this one and is rather pretentious' date=' but that's not important. Deucalion
I haven't played TCG in a looong time, and I know whatever I say will probably have some grevious flaw in it. Feel free to shout at me, Crab Helmet. Now, if Unlimited or Semi-Limited, it is bad for the metagame, as it is so splashable. Everyone would just max it, reducing the total number of viable options in the metagame, which is perhaps the best way to measure balance. In Limited, its power and splashability is limited to an extent where itt isn't completely broken, so there is no point in out-right banning it, and keeing it in Limited means there is one more card to play in the metagame, widening the variety, and total number of viable options in the metagame. So, I say Limited. I have no idea if that makes sense or whether I'm just blathering on pretentiously. I picked this topic because all these new-fangled Lightsworn and Dark Armed Dragons are after my time. I haven't really played since the Warrior beatdown decks were top, and Breaker is simple enough for me to understand.

Since it requires no dedication at all and needs to combo with no other cards (including other copies of itself), the only way that its power or splashability would be more limited would be in the direct, literal sense of not being allowed in more than one copy per deck - and frankly, Limiting any broken card would also provide this "restriction". tonisanoob
im in 2 minds about this card (please do not take any bad grammar as a sigin of incompotince) anyhoo i feel tht is lyla is at 3 thn breaker should bebut thn i KNOOOO tht breaker woudl be horrible for the game at 3 so thn i say well one i personally love this card its very useful but as you say (and after lookign all all the arguments)it is a hurtful cardone of the card tht can literally be thrown into any deck(almost)wich is bad (to an extent) so personally i liek this card back at 1 as a PERSONALLY liek itbut game wise it should probs be banned
