Originally i always had it in, then i found its use not really needed, as the obvious, that your opponent can Set / activate the returned cards again the next turn and turn after. I mean, if you acivate this card, the cards sent back to your opponent's hand will likely be set the next turn.If it was rated on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a 4. A monarch, boom, book of light, face down defense (1000def=Dead) Sakeretsu Armro, boom monarch= dead. Enemy controller, defense or stolen monster, oh crud? Torrential?
