The last yugioh product I ever bought was a pack from The Lost Millennium in the summer of '05, so suffice to say I don't exactly know what kinds of decks are out there nowadays... Tier 2 are really good decks, but they're not the best. If they were in a tournament with a bunch of tier 1 decks, they wouldn't win. Examples: Monarchs domainate this game until March 1st. So they are tier 1. Then there are other decks that would get thrashed by monarchs, but could still beat a lot of other decks, like Six Samurai If you want a complete list of Tier 2/Tier 1 decks, query in the TCG section ^_^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
