Both have identical attacks.Both are level 100. If neither of them have any damaging attacks, like they just have tail whip, growl, and other stat-changing moves, the looser is who ever goes first. Fact: When judging Tae Kwon Doe (or however its spelt), because we subconsciously are more alert when we see red, fair judges will award the red guy more points than the blue guy, even if its the exact same series of moves and the colors are swapped.
