Well, some new stuff.

  • Two Buster Dragons, and this "Buster Mode"...

Anyone else notice that cards appear to be getting way stronger than last series. Psychic Snail is a common now, it would've passed as a super rare at least last series. Not to mention some of the psychic support cards.

Also, they added Bomber's cards. They're cool but kind of broken.

Actually it appears that all you need is Buster Mode to summon them. Here's hoping its got one hell of a cost.

What makes you so sure that all you need is Buster Mode? I'd have thought you would need to activate Buster Mode while you control the non-Buster version of the monster, and then tribute that Synchro Monster to get out its Buster form.

That much is obvious, but if the Buster cards are as broken as we're suspecting then the cost would have to make up for it, like using the synchro as tribute and then paying something like 3000 LP to summon the buster from your hand...

Who is this "we" that think that the Buster cards are going to be broken? Here are the opinions expressed on them by others in this topic:

Watch' date=' Stardust Dragon/Buster is going to be an incredibly over powered card. It will probably be a Solemn Judgement that keeps coming back or something.

[/quote']

these buster monsters i can see being overated' date=' because Buster Mode will be non chainable which is growing in importance. yer they probably will be broken but they will be terri - hard to get onto the field

[/quote']

The buster cards will likely be hard as hell to get out' date=' making their, most likely, powerful effects balanced.

[/quote']

One person saying they'll be balanced, one saying they'll be bad, and just one (Aximil) who actually thinks one of them will be overpowered.

These Busters already require you to run a completely dead card (the Buster itself) along with a card that is dead unless you control the right Synchro monster and can meet other unknown conditions (Buster Mode). If you can only get the Buster out if it's in your hand as opposed to your deck, then these guys will be completely unplayable.

That's kind of the problem with Bommers' cards. Get three relatively bad cards on the field, then activate a trap card to special summon an insanely powerful card.

This will be: manage to get Stardust Dragon on field, have Buster Mode and the Archfiend Buster in your hand, tribute Stardust and most likely some other effect to get the Buster on the field.

Buster mode? Ugh.... we just got used to Synchros :P

Anyways, the buster mode must be some way of "Evolved" card, like Black Luster EOB. Let's hope these Dragons don't get banned.

Alien Synchro seems cool. I'd like to see Aliens come and rule Yugioh(or something like that).

Dark Bomber just looks like that Rock thing in Duelist Genesis where you don't take battle damage from it.
