Do you listen to Japanese songs just because they are anime themes? I started to, but now all I listen to that is Japanese is Nightmare and The Pillowz (yes they are a band).

The only Anime Theme Song I can listen too all day is the DBZ Theme. It rocks :D

Otherwise, they are OK, but I'm a Local H guy.

I was first exposed to Japanese music via anime, but now, It's almost all I listen to. And not just anime themes. I also listen to completely unrelated singles, albums, and what not.

Mainly, with the anime. Although my friend did get me to listen to Go by Flow without seeing the anime, an a bit of BuckTick (Naga is obssessed lol) and one song from the Pillows

 

Usually though from the anime only. Favs: What's Up People (DN Op2) and Kaisei Josho Hallelujah (GX OP1)

But I have to admit, my favorite theme song here is Inuyasha Dearest...

Also, I like just about everything I've heard from Flow. Younha, Angela Aki, Utada Hikaru, Stephanie, they're all good too. I also like Uverworld (though not all of their stuff), BOWL, BoA.

 

There's many more, but those come to mind immediately.

Yes. The only Japanese songs I've ever heard were from animes.

I listen to songs because I like the sound of them. I only listen to songs I've heard from animes.
