Unless the Milotic knows Recover, Toxic, Water Pulse and Confuse Ray. As for Ditto, very good if used on an Arceus, but 5 PP of Judgement wouldn't help to much... The battle would look something like this: -Player 1 uses Ditto -Player 2 uses Sableye (who lets say...erm...only has 1 attack) -Player 1 use tranform -Player 2 attacks -Player 1 (who is already damaged from the first attack) uses attack As you can see Ditto was already damaged from the attack when it was Transforming, which gives your opponent the upper hand.
