Unless Gyzarus --> 2 Retiari was deemed unacceptable while Gyzarus --> Retiari + something else was deemed perfectly fine, I can think of no logical basis for Limiting this card. I'm 50/50 on whether this is a hoax. Hand Control is something GBs have hardly touched(The bull known as Gladiator Lash), and once more, I can just see a GB with two hands for an assist weapon, it's pretty obvious a thing to think about.
