I say it's good for bringing back monsters from your grave to your deck' date=' like POA

You are aware that returning monsters from your graveyard to your deck is generally a bad thing and that nobody would run Pot of Avarice if it wasn't a +1, right?

and good for Tributing' date='

Wait, did the mid-format changes come out, complete with the banning of Spell Striker, Treeborn Frog, Fiend's Sanctuary, Instant Fusion, Brain Control, Destiny Hero - Malicious, and Monster Reborn? I'm sure that they must have, since that's the only logical explanation for suggesting the use of this card as Tribute fodder. Wait, wait, I tell a lie! Destiny Hero - Malicious might only be Limited!

It's not even useful as Synchro fodder, since it's Level 10.

This and Armageddon Knight and Dark Grepher maybe make this viable. Then again I would rather just run all 5 pieces of Exodia, Dark Grepher and Armageddon Knight with Dark Factory, Dark Eruption a few LV 8 D-Hero Nomi's (probably 6 of them, most likely being Plasma and Dogma) and 3 Malicious with Allure, D-Draw and Trade-In. I would also run CCV since Malicious allows me to and I can loosely throw around Exodia if I have to.

Eh, maybe for DARK Synchro.

This post looks like someone just posted a link to their Deck to prove who bad this card is for Exodia. Whatever, it proves a good point.

he isn't all that bad, you get the exodia win effect, you can use him to get them in the grave and use something like backup and get them in your hand, but more important ly, use this with wabaku. throw D-mal in the grave. throw treeborn in the grave. throw what you want in the grave in the grave. plus, it doesn't have a min monster count. you could summon him for 1 monster in the grave back to your deck.

tele-DAD could use this if it is built right. plus, you don't need exodia to make him worth it. combo him with the tricky for a cheep and fast double s. summon.

his only weakness is that he needs to be protected the first few attacks.

judgment dragon has the right idea.

actually, i remember when we had this played in a team duel.

both of the decks were exodia decks, and we ruined one of the set, and then he summon this thing, and my partner and I both look at each other and think "this can't end well."

but instead of going for the exodia in the grave win, they just made him a 5000 ATK wall/ beatstick. other guy got the exodia win.

Target is selling Exodius in a special pack where it contains 1 Exodius and 1 Premium Pack I pack inside. I would use it for 2 reasons:

1) Use SpSummoning effect to bring all my monsters back to my deck.

2) Use it to Tribute for a Monarch, PMD or Dasher...

The bad side of this card is that when it's removed from the field, for any reason, it's removed from play, so to can't use another Exodius to bring him back to the Deck...

Quick' date=' someone remind me when Destiny Board became good on the grounds that it had a U WIN effect, and when deck fattening became a good thing. I missed it.

[/quote']

it doesn't have to fatten your deck you know, transmigration break will instead remove them all from play if you want to play it that way.

you can play it with only 1 monster in your grave as well.

besides that isn't the point of the beast when you look at the possiblites. he is a reuseable foolish burial that gets stronger and stonger if you throw normals/ geminis in the grave.

forget about his exodia use, he is much more than that.

Awesome, now we can -1 ourself with a Continuous Trap with a horrible effect in order to get a situational version of Fiend's Sanctuary out.

You can also play Fiend's Sanctuary with only 1 monster in your grave.

He has no protection from any form of removal and starts with laughable ATK' date=' so he's not exactly "reusable", and if I want monsters in my grave then I don't want to remove them for this guy in the first place. Getting him stronger requires the use of large numbers of Normals and Geminis, and unless you do something like Future Fusion ---> Chimeratech to dump a bunch of Normal Machines, it's not a worthwhile beatstick.

forget about his exodia use, he is much more than that.

He's also terrible.

Oh wait' date=' Could be a very interesting twist in Glad decks. Think about it, returning the retired glads, more crushable targets. And, i get to recycle my Oppressed fusions. Yeah, im a definatly give this a shot.

Exodia Gladiator?

Loljk, I know what you meant, but it would be interesting to see that.

Terrible.

Deck Fattening is always bad. Always bad.

Better options exist for trib bait.

Requires you to run a normal/gemini deck just to make it a lolbeatstick. It's deck fattening effect is entirely counterproductive to it's primary goal of filling the grave.

exodius is good with lightsworn, but only for returning some cards to your deck. but then you cant get judgement dragon. not very good. dd crow defeats.

cant see this going any where except for its own deck. but even then its no good.

only thing it would be good for is getting back exodia pieces from your grave. thats it. not epic.
