Mr. Judgment Dragon
The only things I like about this are the fact it can be searched by RotA and the fact it is a Tuner. By itself, its a rather pointless card.
TotalObelisk
I'm am very disappointed with this card, sure she's cute, it's a level 4 tuner and I totally dig fire monsters (Hiita ftw), but her effect is just...It's so unoriginal, they barely even thought about it. If had been something that allowed you to SP summoned another monster it would've been good but just inflicting damage? I just can't believe it ><... Toa Tahu Nuva
It's attack is 1600. only one other Tuner has that kind of attack: Tune Warrior. So... Battle tuned gives plus 1600 if attacked by stronger monster or attacking. Like Stardust VS RDA.
zelda_tp_fan
annoying random burn effect is annoying but meh, It makes harpie synchro that much easier on me I suppose...
RoseSymphony
Yeah, this card was a huge disappointment and all (totally hoping for Black Rose Dragon support effect), but if you think about it logically, it might not be that bad. First, and this is the obvious one, this card and "Lonefire Blossom" (and other lv.3 plants) create an instant Black Rose Dragon. Second, it can also be searched with RotA, which makes BRD even easier to get to the field. Third, if you get a card (DNA Surgery for instance) that changes this card's type to a plant with "Black Garden" on the field its attack shrinks to 800, which, once again, is vital to the Garden's effect of Special Summoning BRD from the Graveyard after it uses it's first effect. Lastly, it has decent attack for a Tuner, making it's effect not that bad (but it's still not good). Also, like TTN said, "Battle Tuned" would give Black Rose Dragon 1600 attack points (and it doesn't go away at the end phase) which would let BRD beat the only monster that could actually stand against it, Stardust Dragon. Plus, it would also increase the power of BRD's second effect, letting it inflict 4000 damage instead of 2400. So really, if you think about it, this card isn't that bad. Sure, it's disappointing, but make sure you think a card through to the fullest before you say it sucks, okay?Plus, I was only talking about the combos for plants. It also being a warrior and all could especially help warrior decks too. I don't run one, so why don't you guys brainstorm. ;)

Despite the name, this card has nothing to do with Plants, and never will unless they turn "Rose" into a name archetype. Plants have better Tuners available. This card's strength is being a Level 4 Warrior with decent ATK. If a deck can't take advantage of this Level 4 Warrior-ness, it shouldn't be using this card. Now, if a deck CAN take advantage of this with cards like ROTA and Bushi, it might be worth considering. But just splashing this card in is not a good idea, nor is splashing this and ROTA into a Plant deck a good idea.
Lazer Yoshi
Lv 4 Tuner? Well, it's compatble with Familar Knight then.Meh Card.
The Dark One
It's the only Level4 tuner released at this time, so it might see some play. However, there are better options. (Especially when more Level4 tuners are released.) It could have a use on Samurai Synchro I would think. (Well, maybe. They only run 3 Zanji and 1-2 Irou) Decent card is decent, but I would have hoped for better.

Tune Warrior is an "instant synchro", but do you ever see it being played?
