well just realized a way to FTK with this deck.

3 Ameba

3 Plasma

3 Dogma

3 Malicious

3 Dreadmaster

 

Spells 25

 

1 Reasoning

3 Shiens Spy

1 Brain Control

2 Mind Control

1 Giant Trunade

3 Allure

3 D Draw

3 Trade In

2 Hand Destruction

2 Dark World Dealings

1 Upstart Goblin

2 Creature Swap

1 Heavy Storm

1 Monster Gate

 

 

The Way the FTK works is:

 

1) Summon Ameba

 

2) Activate Shiens Spy/ Creature Swap to deal 3000 damage

 

3) Activate Mind Control/Brain Control to take it back

 

4) Activate another Shiens Spy/Creature Swap to deal another 3000

 

5) At the end phase, return ameba to your opponent because of Mind/Brain Control

 

 

Its a 4 card FTK. I dont think thats bad.

So FTK means : Fail To Kill.

That's not a FTK, that's an OTK. First Turn Kill ≠ One Turn Kill... and this deck doesn't have the the FTK capability.

Also, since Step 4 gives your opponent Ameba again, Step 5 won't occur unless you activate another Mind Control or Brain Control.

 

Also, I woudl say FTK is a FORM of a OTK, but this Deck is neither.

An Amebas effect activates only once as long as it remains face-up on the field. So It's effect cannot be used twice with Shiens Spy, unless it is flipped face-down and face-up again.
