When this card is Normal Summoned, destroy all DARK monsters on the field. For each other face-up monster on your side of the field, this card gains 100 ATK. If this card destroys a monster in battle, you can select and activate one of the following effects.

* Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard.

* Special Summon 1 "Moonlight Token" (Fairy-type/LIGHT/Level 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1000).

* Draw 1 card.

A little powerful, but I like it, 9/10 it looks like it would go well with the card I just posted (thread title is "knight of shining wings - enemy of all things dark and fiendish") to destroy a dark deck. Maybe drop the "draw 1 card" and the ATK boosting effect? Then you'd get a 10/10

 

edit: you mind if I proxy this? Seeing as how I print out and use all my CaCs and that she would make an awesome addition to my LIGHT decks?

I know This Sounds Really Pathetic But How about change it to....

* Remove 2 Lvl 5 and Under cards in your Deck from play. Add 1 card from your opponent's hand to your hand.

thats What I think Could Be Better for me but thats only my opinion and Also Great card 10/10

Drop the following:

*ATK down to 1600 (Why: A Gemini Elf that grows, revives monsters, summons tribute fodder, and gives card advantage is broken.)

*ATK-boosting effect (Why: 1900 ATK is more than enough to need this.)

*Card-drawing effect (Why: I personally like the effect. I would remove it because everyone freaks out if a card lets you draw another. The concept of card advantage was the worst thing that ever happened to the game. I loved the days of the Pokemon TCG when I could use 4 Bills. UDE will kill me when they read this.)

 

If this is done, it would be a great card (and still probably limited).

Why do people like broken cards? Just because a card is (overly) powerful, does not make it a quality card. Realism is the key. OCG is half of the formula. A realistic effect that you can see being put on a card is the second half. Yes, a realistic effect can be boring at times, but that is where the picture and other creative points come into play to make the card unique. Yet people do not try to do this. The cards that I post are never popular. It is not because I can't make cards. It is because mine are not broken.

 

An example: Confiscation allows you to look at your opponent's hand and discard a card in it. This is a great effect. But, you have to pay 1000 life points to use it. Is it worth it? That depends on your strategy and current circumstances. If you make a card and conclude that it is always worth the cost (a well made card should have a cost or restriction) to use the card, then it is not a cost. Costs must be tailored to the effect. Just remember: $50,000 is a lot for a typical car, but is a bargain for a Ferrari. Don't charge $50,000 for a Ferrari!
