If I may say so, I think the effect would be more effective if it was: "When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, add 1 "Ninja Frogs" from your deck to your hand. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of a Spell of Trap Card. Any Battle Damage this card's controller takes from a battle involving this card becomes 0. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon up to 2 "Ninja Frogs" from your hand."Now, it still keeps the "adding to hand" effect, but it also has a second use. Since it can't take battle damage, you can attack face-down monsters and you still won't take damage if they have a higher defense. Also, with this card's low ATK, if he protects your life points, you won't be so reluctant to summon him if you opponent has a beatstick on the field. I hope this helps.
