-The only known evolution of Darkrai. Found by Professor Leo in the Neoshain region this pokemon is stronger than Arceus. After being born from Arceus, Drakina ran amuck through out dimensions. Drakina was banished from the human plane and was transformed into the Nightmare Pokemon Darkrai. It's strongest moves are Shadow Veil* & Atomic Disease*.

 

-A dark, gloomy, ghost pokemon. With red eyes, Black shapeless arms, seven spikes made of pure darkness jutting out of it's back, The shape of a man AND a ghost combined-it looks like a grown up version of Giratina and Darkrai put together.

 

-You can get it from an egg when you put a Darkrai LV.100 and a Giratina Origin Forme LV.100 in the daycare. It ONLY evolves from a LV.100 Darkrai after battling a Ditto with the held item Dark Turn*.

 

Name of attack: Shadow Veil

Damage: 300

Accuracy: 100

Element: Ghost

Effect: Encase's opponent in a veil of darkness, thus rendering it completely useless.

 

Name of attack: Atomic Disease

Damage: 137

Accuracy: 40

Element: Dark

Effect: Every turn randomly inflict a burn, paralysis, asleep, or frozen condition on opponent.

 

Name of item: Dark Turn

Element: Dark

Effect: Allows certain Pokemon to evolve. Known pokemon: Darkrai, Mew, Togepi, Ho-Oh, Groudon, Infernape.

Point is, the pokemon is too powerful to be considered for a legendary.

The whole point of legendaries is to keep them almost on an even plane of skill levels.

Yes, some legendaries are more powerful than others, but when battling against each other they should be descently matched (like if you put a level 5 caterpie against a level 5 caterpie).

 

This pokemon (or fakemon) is too powerful and breaks almost all of the pokemon rules for legendaries, attacks, abilities, etc.

 

Tone it down, and it could become a pretty descent pokemon.
