Valkyrie Lupia Blitzer
Probably should be used in Monarchs. Suicide it into a monster or something. If it's not destroyed by next turn, Tribute it for a Monarch. Either way, you draw 2 cards.
Guest PikaPerson01
^ it has to be tribute summoned. I think Monarch decks are too busy tribute summoning other things to be bothered with this crap.

What the hell are you trying to say? Ultimate Offering/Duoble Summon. *shot* Plus the above *shot again* .-. Why would you tribute summon for this, activate Ultimate Offering or Double Summon, then tribute this for PMD? It's far easier to just go straight for PMD. You have the exact same number of cards in your hand, and you don't have to go through a stupid situational combo to get it. Unless you thrive to make your own life more miserable or something, this card should never be used, ever.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
I can sorta see some way of using this. Tribute Summon this + E-Tele on Krebons = Level 8 Synchro. Replaces any cards used for the Synchro Summon. Malicious can be used as Tribute Fodder so why not.
Tabris
It's horrible. It's flat-out horrible. A waste of ink, of art, of everything. Quintessential Konami bullshit.
