Mr. Judgment Dragon
Kycoo. 1800 ATK meaning it can run over most things that may get in the way, Allureable, says no to DAD's effect, disrupts the Graveyard nicely. Banisher is too slow and too weak to cause any major damage in this Meta. Effect is anti-Meta but the card doesnt do a good job at being anti-Meta. oO C H A O S Oo
Depends on what deck you are using.Macro deck maybe Banisher.DaD Removal maybe Kycoo.Banisher is a bit meh though when you count in playability.
Flame Dragon
Kycoo since he is DARK, the high ATK making him harder to kill in battle and allows him to kill more monsters, and prevents DAD from using his effect the second he is summoned. armageddon08
Banisher against Lightsworns, Plants, DAD, and Zombies.
GenzoTheHarpist
Banisher against Lightsworns' date=' Plants, DAD, and Zombies.[/quote'] Gets killed the instant they summon something with >1600 ATK or decent monster removal.
armageddon08
True, but it removes most of the cards they're trying to dump in the Graveyard, therefore slowing them down, or really screwing them up.
GenzoTheHarpist
No it really doesn't. Anyone with a brain is going to destroy this (which is easy) before they try and manipulate the graveyard.
armageddon08
But the card isn't horrible, anyone with a brain can see this.
GenzoTheHarpist
It is horrible. Even most macro decks won't play it.
armageddon08
Whatever. It's no use arguing with someone who doesn't know when a card can be good.
GenzoTheHarpist
When I played macro, did I use it? When you played Macro, did you use it? (and don't lie, we both know the answer is no.)
armageddon08
You didn't, and I actually did. Just because you don't remember it, doesn't mean thah I'm lying.
GenzoTheHarpist
Hmm... just checked the decklists. It seems you did. Then again, you never did very well with that macro build.
armageddon08
I agree. But that's the reason I'm not playing it anymore:). And I still think Banisher deserves a chance(probably sided).
Akira
In my opinion, Kycoo. It's been said already, but its stronger, allurable, doesn't force your own cards out of play, and is excellent at shutting down DAD and Malicious. Also, if you summon Banisher after your opponent's graveyard has already been stacked full of darks, it's useless, whereas Kycoo immediately becomes useful in this situation. Ultimate Irony: My friend playing against Tele-DAD Brain Controlled the guy's DAD, and removed his own Kycoo from his grave to activate DAD's effect ^.^
Skuldur
It's definatly Kycoo, he's allurable, is a rather large beatstick and has the ability to stop DAD.
Madsen
JD's words And Banisher is just a 1600 ATK copy of Micro cosmos, that is, a very very bad copy  So, Kycoo all the way
Exiro
Only run Banisher if you're willing to protect it with cards like Shrink. This isn't necessary for Kycoo because he has 1800 atk.
Akira
Maybe Banisher IF your deck supports honest..
