ziberteck
Inspired by the recently found information that some "tournaments" actually banned Raigeki. I could care less if its overpowered a little over seen factor now a days is that power cards are rare..

†Gravity Binder†
I don't think you guys got the point.. the thing is 1st why put in the card "Destroys all Monster, Spell and Trap Cards on your opponents field" when you can "Destroys all cards your opponent controls".... it is very Op without any cost..... 2ndlyno 1 here really likes this kind of cards.... please review the rules.... the point is that you made a card that instantly gives you the upper hand.... tsk tsk.... *thumb down* 0/
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Raigeki is way overpowered and banned and this is outrageously overpowered. It would be illegal in any format like the God Cards. Thats how overpowered this is.
CardAce
Raigeki is banned because it's Overpowered, along with all the other OP'ed Real Cards. Give this card a downside, like the card Lightning Vortex. Something like sending a few cards to the Graveyard, getting rid of a GOOD amount of Life Points, etc. If you won't change it, this shouldn't be in Realistic Cards. Professor Cobra
Add a big negative effect or cost, okay pic, try this:Destroy all cards your opponent controls. 6/
Chidori
Same as above its WAY OPed here's the line / and here's you - WAY OVER HERE. You crossed the line on Opness. Add a drawback.
Luna Diviner
Ha, you just found out they banned Raigeki! LOL, it's been banned for years. LOLCard is horribly OP, and OCG is bad. Pic is bad. Card is bad. If you think we don't get the point? Well you don't, this is the Realistic Card Section move this to Any Other Card section. Sleepy
Raigeki has been banned for like 4 years now and this card is like using it along with Harpie's Feather Duster (which is equally banned and overpowered) in only one card. your OCG could be better. And if you don't add a cost then this is not a realistic card and therefore shouldn't be here. I like overpowered cards myself, I have a deck full of banned cards (only like 5 legal ones) so don't take it personal but 6/10. you should add something like:Discard 4 cards from your hand, pay 3000 Life Points, and send the top 5 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard to activate this card. Destroy all cards your oponent controls. or something like that. and also, the picture doesn't seem to have anything to do with lightning, thunder, or rays. you now what the name of Raigeki stands for don't you :) ?ok maybe the cost doesn't have to be so big ;) look for a card that is equally destructive but you have to control 3 battetyman monsters with different names(don't remember the name of the card ^-^"). also there are the cards "Huge Revolution" "Gandora Dragon of Destruction" " Des Croaking" "Ojama Delta Hurricane" "Ocean Dragon Lord Neo Daedalus" (look for them on Google because they are all real cards and some of them even common cards) these cards might give you ideas of how to make a cost! Luna Lovegood
Maybe if this card didn't *insert mean stuff here* I would rate it a 2/10. Bad Pic, Bad effect, Bad name! 1/
Luna Diviner
No, milling 5 + Field Destruction is extremely overpowered.
Sparta™
Destroys all of your opponent's monsters, Spell Cards, Trap Cards. = This card destroys all cards on the field and inflicts 500 points of damage to each player. Yes, I changed the effect, but it is now more balanced. 6/10 It was pretty Overpowered.
