«₣lџχ»
Well this is just an awesome Thunder Support card:
.:/Card Lore\:.]This card can be Special Summoned by discarding 1 Thunder-Type monster from your hand. This card is also treated as a Spellcaster-Type monster. As long as you control this face-up monster, you can redirect any attack declared by your opponent that designates a Thunder-Type monster you control as a target. Once per turn, you can release 1 Thunder-Type monster you control to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. During the End Phase of each turn, you can release 1 monster you control to Special Summon 1 Thunder-Type monster from your Graveyard or hand with equal or lower ATK than the released monster. Mr. Judgment Dragon
A good balanced card that can be used in a fun Deck known as Batteryman OTK. The effect of this card suits the Batteryman Deck strategy excellently. I dont really see any OCG problems.

K.B. strategist
You can Special Summon this card from your (you forgot to say where you summon it from) by discarding 1 Thunder-Type monster from your hand. ...Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls OR Tribute (preferable over release) 1 monster... ^2 "Once per turns" in a row doesn't sound right. Good ocg, pic and effect. Also not overpowered and very useful so... 9.5/

Sleepy
good efect. seems fun to play with :). but I kind of saw that it is treated as a spellcaster too. that sounds interesting but I think it would be of more use for Thunder-Type monsters like batterymans to make it be treated as a machine instead. one of the batterymans I saw once increased Machine-Type monster's ATKs by 500. spellcaster is still something that could help it mix with other decks. I am amused (hmmm...) what kind of strategy does that efect have?. well, overall 9/
«₣lџχ»
Erherm, this wasn't really intended for batteryman and i cant put it Machine cause its not.
N00B Hunter
Grrrr... you stole my "Monarch Unleashed" picture. Well, the card is definitely more original than what I used JAE's work for in that case. But your still missing WHERE "Shackwave Manipulator" can be Special Summoned from. Put that in... and your card lore (not the one on the actual card, but the one in your spoiler) is still off with "release" instead of "Tribute". Other than that, I congratulate an original card! Nice job! :mgreen:
