This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 'Defenders of Mobius-Miles 'Tails' Prower' and the Continuos Spell Card 'The Chaos Emeralds' from your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned, place 4 Flicky Counters on this card. Once per turn you can remove 1 Flicky Counter from this card to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. When this card would be destroyed by battle you can remove 1 Flicky counter from this card instead of sending it to the Graveyard. Once all Flicky counters are removed from this card, remove it from play.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 'Defenders of Mobius-Zach the Hedgehog' and the Continuos Spell Card 'The Master Emerald'. When this card is Special Summoned you and your opponent must place all cards in your hands into your Decks. Both you and your opponent must then shuffle your Deck, then draw 5 cards. Increase your Life Points by 100 for each Spell Card placed into your Deck by this effect. Increase this cards ATK and DEF by 100 for each Trap Card placed into your Deck by this effect.

pretty cool, but you could have increased the amount of points that gave the spell & trap cards, i think, theyre too low...

but the green hill zone card is awesome!!

These are really cool. I have never seen such a complete set that actually looks playable. I could actually see these cards being used. Lots of others have so many can only be summoned by effects or the monsters are so overpowered that the set seems useless.

3 things: 1.) You might want to slightly increase the lifepoint recovery effect of Marine the Racoon. 200 just seems to low to be useful. 2.) A lot of your magic cards only affect 1 specific monster. I get why you would want to only affect 1 but it would help if more than 1 monster was incorporated, especially Chaos Control and Super Speed. It's not really important I simply think it would make the set more playable overall. 3.) You might consider increasing the ATK boost of your field spells. Not much because then they'd become overpowered but maybe to 200 or 300. Again not important because the effects more than make up for ATK.

I give you 9.5/10, this is the best set I've seen! (i'm relatively new so its not saying much but still)
