By discarding 1 card in your hand you can negate activation of a spell card and destroy it during the end phase you can set that card on your opponents side of the field for each spell and trap card on the field this card gains 200 ATK.

I've seen the pics of LV6 and LV8 before.. interesting idea... 8.5/10
