Since the last time, there have been some changes in the Council. At this point, only Umbra and Cyber Altair showed interest to continue helping out. Ned is on holiday and Raver... Uh... O_o So yeah, post here if you want to get one of the 2 remaining positions. To make it fair, I plan to get at least 1 newer member in the Council, so please don’t be disappointed if you’re rejected. [align=center]The YCM Awards Diplomatic Council of January 2009jeUmbraDa clown of hellRikuInfinity Sparker[/align] How it works*) From the 5th to the 12th January you can vote for people in the different categories.*) You cannot vote for yourself for any awards. This also counts for the new Club/Organization category, where you are free to nominate a club you’re in, but please don’t submit one you created yourself.*) Please avoid "X or Y" votes. You can only vote for one member in each category. If you were hesitating between some members, please make your final choice clear.*) You cannot vote for the same member in more than 3 different categories.*) You cannot change your votes. If you feel unsure about one or some categories, you are free to leave a blank space.*) You do not need to vote for all of the categories.*) "Votes-scamming" is not allowed. I don't want to see anything in the style of "I voted for you, now I expect you to do the same".*) Just list the votes in the categories you're voting in. It makes it easier to count the votes later. As you can see, the nominations process got cancelled, so there will only be votes. That way, the Awards won’t be dragged on and it simplifies a lot of things. Try to avoid biased votes, though and just supporting your best "friend" in everything won´t bring much to anyone. Friends can be honored in the "Best Friend" section I added for this reason.In addition, please don´t become too fanatic about this thread. It´s only about virtual awards and you can still be a good member without getting many votes. Maybe the next time will offer you a chance... So far, I used to count the votes myself, but it did get a bit tiresome at times, especially since some people are too lazy to read simple rules and prefer to cast invalid votes. I can still count most of them, but any help is welcome, even if it's only for one category. Also' date=' may I suggest a "Potential Moderator" category?[/quote'] And sorry, but no.
