maybe too perfect... you mean by battle and effect? so the only hope of a regular deck would be to pull out a wind/shadow monarch, any card that returns it to deck or hand, or brain control.... hmmm.... those are some oppenings that would make the card balanced but something in there doesn't sound balanced to me... I have decks that don't run any of the opsions I suggested to get rid of this card. and you just waisted a single card to make that incredible protector, now you can do some heavy damage continuing your strategy with the remainig 5 cards in your hand :lol:

and I almost forgot... it serves as a tuner... another boost

Too bad this card is overpowered. Spirit Reaper, Marshmallon and Arcana Force 0 - The Fool are Limitworthy and this card outclasses them on so many Levels. There is also no drawback whatsoever.

 

Add this to the card and it should be balanced: When this card is removed from the field, it is removed from play. That would be much more acceptable.

There are ways aroud this card, as stated already. It could be returned to the hand or the deck, or it could be removed from play with a card like Karma Cut, because that doesn't destroy the monster. Or atleast that's my understanding from a ruling I read.

But, the fact is that's not enough to make it balenced. I'd say make it so it's not a Tuner, and add a cost to keep it on the field.

when I thought about making this card' date=' I wanted a "virtually indestructible Tuner, but not too powerfull". At least it only has 1 Level Star for a Synchro/ Ritual Summon. I'd really hear some nasty comments if its ATK and DEF were outrageously high.

Basically. A card does not need to have ridiculously high ATK or DEF to be overpowered. Look at Yata-Garasu. Its a 1 card lockdown that has 200 ATK. Yata stops your opponent from conducting their Draw Phase.

 

This card disables all cards that destroy monsters with no real drawback whatsoever. Add to that the fact you take no Battle Damage when it is attacked.
