this monster doesn't sound like it deserves 10 stars.. I suggest you lower that level to 9 or something, I would have said 8 but it has too much DEF....(and take out the "chaos" in the sub-type too ).....

 

OCG FIX:

Select 1 monster on the field. Target monster gains 200 ATK & DEF. (I think)

 

things you should remember:

allows (never use this in a card)

add (it is used "add" when you are adding cards from your graveyard or deck to your hand..when you are changing ATK or DEF, you use increase/decrease.... )

any (don't use this.... in this case you could use "1" instead)

The effects seem very short and unoriginal to me.

I do like the pictures though so i will give you a 4/10 just because of them.
