When this card is drawn,remove it from play and increase your Life Points by 1000. When a WATER monster you control is targeted by your opponent's monster or Card Effect, Special Summon this card from your Graveyard to your field to negate the attack or the activation of the effect. As long as this remains face-up on the field, Turn Count cannot be Forwarded and all non-WATER monsters must remain flipped face-down. The control of this card cannot be changed. This card is shuffled into its owner's Deck at the end of 2nd turn that this card was Special Summoned. When this card attacks, randomly select 1 card from your opponent's hand. The selected card cannot be played until your opponent's 2nd End Phase. During the turn that its Turn Count is divisible by 3, put 1 Evolution Counter on this card and decrease the ATK and DEF of a monster on the field to 0 until the end of the turn. When this card destroys a monster, put 1 Evolution Counter on this card. What will probably happen is I will do my side of things, James will do his side of things, and then a third person will make the deciding vote depending on what both me and James come up with.
