It's just pure heaven to my ears :) It's the kind of Music to almost make you cry at times. He was full of pure emotion and I hope he rests in Peace. It was epic watching all of them along with the color guard. It really sickens me when people can't appreciate the sound of a piano or the talent of a classical vocalist... It's been my favourite song during the last 10 years or something.When I saw the title I was about to post it, but looks like you beat me.;)Anyway I still like classical and any other instrumental music, although I don't think it's more "mature". I enjoy it for the first 3 minutes, but the next 6 minutes get a little repetitive. :/ Of course, the more contemporary stuff isn't nearly as long as the original classicals. But, since this topic is about purely classical.. A few I feel I should mention. I absolutely LOVE Dies Irae (I think Opalmoon posted that). Canon In D is amazing as well as pretty much anything Beethoven, Mozart, or Bach has written. Though I was disappointed that these following two names have been left out... Ludovico Einaudi. He's a contemporary classical composer from Italy. His pieces are absolutely BEAUTIFUL.
