(See: Naked Gun, etc)Then those two douchebags Friedberg and Seltzer came along and decided that they could take a dumb and record it, and call it comedy. The problem is, there will always be idiot children who laugh at poop jokes, no matter how used, unfunny, unoriginal, or just plain tacky the movie is. Hence, Meet the Spartans, Epic Movie, Disaster Movie (my God, do they ever learn?), etc. Right now, I'm kind of disgusted with Hollywood in general. But other than that, most (MOST, not ALL) parodies (especially recently) are pretty fail. Good movies are still good. Don't hate those. Making a parody of something doesn't mean you hate it.
