Flame Dragon
The first of my MANY sprite projects. First up is a basic type run down. Like the others to come I only care about final forms. [spoiler=Type Run Down]
burnpsy
Prediction: Ubers will be more chaotic than usual.OU will be a sweeper fest and thus Blissey will be kicked out.UU will essentially be DP OU without a few Pokemon.

Flame Dragon
So I finally have my Water/Electric type. Ironically it comes in the form of Rotom. So with this gen Rotom's type changes to match the move he gets in his different forms. Any guesses on what will happen to Rotom with this change. Felix
More than anything it'll stop being a spin blocker it once was, Dusknoir or one of the new EPIC looking Ghosts will take it's place. They'll get STAB on their move though, so there's still a big incentive for them to be used. I can't really be bothered thinking into it any more than that. The red ninja/spaceman looks sexy and is my new fave.

I find that Ghost/Electric is a better typing for it tbh.
Flame Dragon
I really wish it lost the Electric type in the change, and not the Ghost. Still so long as it gets some other moves with the change rotom should still old up. It just sucks that for the original type you need to use the much worse base Rotom. http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/dreamworldabilities.shtml Some pokemon just got better. None got worse. DeathSDelano
Well i think i get why the lamprey was not part Water. It has the levitate ability and is pure eletric MEANING it has no weaknesses at all.
Flame Dragon
Yep. To bad his base speed is only 50 meaning he won't be able to do much damage before he dies, cause even with no weaknesses a 85/80/80 defense lay out is not good. DeathSDelano
ya in OU but can be decent in UU if DPs OU doesnt take over UU though he does have 115 ATK / 105 Sp. ATK so if you can get a hit in it will do some damage though not as good as some of the others such as Kurimugan the Pure Dragon with 90 Defs n only 48 Spd but 120 ATK

IMO a lot of the pokemon seem like really good UU pokemon. Kurimugan has nice the nice bonus of being Dragon so he takes half damage on 4 really common types. If he learns some recover move he could make a great tank. I want to know if OU is still going to be just the top 40-50 pokemon. From the last gen that was about 10% of all pokemon. Now if we want the same percent we'd need 60-70 pokemon in OU. I hope more pokemon will be able to call themselves OU.
DeathSDelano
Some of the new pokemon have nice Stats and only like a few of this gens final evos have not so great stats Sazando is has nice Stats and i think he is one of the most balanced psedo-legends so far But i have to say i really like how Goruggo looks and Kojondo looks pretty nice as well O ya how do you think this Gens new Steel/Bug Shubarugo will stack up
Flame Dragon
Yea, lot of the stats are good, but not great. From stats alone I don't think may pokemon will end up OU. Still, time may prove me dead wrong. Also, what are the odds of the new Shadow Tag pokemon going to uber? Or should the ability just get banned? Tentacruel
Suicune has Water Absorb now. IMO, it might increase its use.
Flame Dragon
It kind of has to. Pressure is a meh ability, while Water Absorb is great. That's what I love about the Dream World abilities. While some pokemon are going to get useless abilities (Manectric) others are getting better ones (Exploud). Dark
From what I speculate, a lot of Pokemon including non-legends will become Uber, and a lot of Pokemon will be UU or BL. We have some really hard hitters, but the Speed tiers are just messed up because of Base 97, 98, 99, and 101 Base Speed. If you have something with 140 Attack and 99 Base Speed, you are pretty much screwed by the 100-Base-Speed line of the metagame.
Flame Dragon
I don't know. Like you said a lot of the high ATK pokemon don't make the 100 base speed mark. Regardless of what their fate is going to be it's going to take a while to get everything together. I do agree though that a lot of pokemon might end up UU or BL. A large number of the pokemon have good stats but not great so we might get a lot new pokemon in the lower tiers.
DeathSDelano
I don't think they were trying to make pokemon for the current tiers maybe they were trying to make a separate one of this gen maybe? Because i mean i dont see any pokemon whos stats really stack up to the past gen pokemon that were all connected up until this gen
Flame Dragon
It would be cool if this gens pokemon had their own little meta. Granted if they did it's easy to guess how thinks might turn out. Any way, we now know what new abilities do. So thoughts on the good ones? Dark
Reshiram and Zekrom... their abilities are really awkward. It makes the attack hit no matter what, but accuracy mods are probably still there. It can only bypass immunities or abilities (Levitate, Flash Fire). Not really the best of abilities, but we don't know the full extent of "no matter what".
Flame Dragon
We'll see soon. Any way they should both be uber so it shouldn't make much difference. Any way some links to new stuff Moves:http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/attacks.shtmlAbilitieshttp://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/ability.shtml Also, I'm working on my first B/W team. Should be fun. Toffee.
Mummy is pretty cool. Especially against Pokemon that rely on their ability, like Poison Heal Belroom and Pure Power Medicham. You do realize that Mummy is not only an awesome effect, but its also really situational. The opponents Pokemon has to attack Desukan with a physical[/s] move in order for them to get the Mummy effect. .....At least I think.I might have to double check.
