burnpsy
The Dark/Dragon thing only works with a Scarf. I'm working on a defensive set for it, but this seems to be the only real use. It certainly has the bulk for a defensive set... For those that want to know my name, it's .Blaze., same one I used on shoddy. Oh, so you're the guy who was watching me. The bulky set could work, but weakness to the ever popular fighting and ice might hurt it a lot. :D I thought it was you when I saw your name in the main chat and wanted to see your team. It seems sold.

With no way other than a scarf to bring up its speed, it may not end up working after all. You only needed to ask. Maybe the solidity of my team could be the reason why my RMT on Smogon got exactly 0 posts after 170+ views and 2 days. :/ I certainly seem to lose a lot despite frequently being in the top 10% of the server. Maybe low his speed and invest in some bulk? With the Scarf and max speed on a neutral nature your close to 450 speed, and I don't see much need for all of that. Normally I pick some key base speeds I want to out run and get above that number. Once I do I put the rest into a little extra bulk. Speaking of, try to work more bulk on the team, so maybe give Shaymin a bit more? It has some nice resistances and you should try to capitalize on them a bit more. It has some nice resistances and you should try to capitalize on them a bit more. There's a few problems with that: Shaymin needs its Speed to remain maxed out (as long as it has HP Ice and not HP Fire, that is). Life Orb's recoil damage may be an issue with a bulkier Shaymin, especially if I were to seriously attempt lowering its Special Attack to give it more bulk, the Life Orb may or may not cease being worth the boost in power. Dark
Well, you see Base 95s work all the time, but they have higher offensive stats and priority moves. GameFreak really messed up on the pseudo this time, and on my favorite typing, too. I'd prefer Dragonite over the Dark/Dragon. <___<

Astro Dude
This is awesome. New art, new elite four, new gyms, new everything. I'm gonna get the one that has Shaga as the final Gym Leader first, then I'll get the one with Iris as the final Gym Leader when they come out in english. I would suggest Dragon Tail to replace Hyper Beam. Excellent choice using Algamoth and a great moveset too. But an electric-type without any electric moves is like a car with no horsepower. Replace Brick Break with Thunderbolt at least.
burnpsy
Explosion That move's power was halved this gen. Toss it.
Dark
Well, it wasn't literally halved. It's just that it doesn't lower the opponent's defense anymore, which I guess is fair enough since that would be absolutely broken in Triple Battles, but seriously? In Single Battles we need that double-damage Explosion gives us, and they goddamn take it away. D:

D: Damn you Nintendo! *Shakes Fist* Anyway, I guess I should probably toss Explosion, and the reason I don't have any Electric moves on the eel thing is that it has a nature that lowers special attack, higher attack than special attack so I gave it physical moves. Also, Snake Coil compliments physical moves. But it doesn't have ANY physical Electric moves other than Wild Bolt which has major recoil which a big no on a tank. Dark
Hyper Beam isn't necessarily a move to get rid of this generation. From what I recall about the changed mechanics, if Hyper Beam KOs a Pokemon, you don't have to deal with the recharge turn. I may be incorrect on my facts, however, and it could be that if you break a Sub there is no recharge. One or the other. >_<
Tentacruel
According to Bulbapedia, neither is true. The sub thing did apply in the first gen, but now, the recharge always happens. Anyway, I just suffered the most embarrassing defeat of my life. My team was torn apart by a freaking Sableye. D:

D:Aableye got really good this gen, so it isn't that bad. Granted he isn't up to OU level, but he isn't crap anymore. Also, I got to ask, is it just me who wants to troll by using old Ubers? And in other news, I might have finally finished my first team. I'll post in a bit.

Flame Dragon
I've been playing on both. I run tests on PO server and care about my ranking on the smogon one. I think Chaos Pudding has an account on the smogon server 0_o. Also I made a troll team, and I fail with it.
