Tentacruel
So, drought Politoad, OU or Uber?Uber? Hell no. OU? Probably. I find it strange to place a Poke a tier or two up because of a Dream World ability but what the heck.

burnpsy
Well, Dream World abilities really messed stuff up. Only the good ones messed stuff up. I'm sure Light Metal Metagross and Levitate Azelf won't have much of an impact. Still, they certainly did a good job of shaking things up in the game. Blaziken is now rightfully the best Fire starter, Rain and Sun are finally viable, etc.

What if I want 1 pokemon without DW ability, but Drizzle Politoad?
burnpsy
But how do you choose between Dream World and regular? What if I want 1 pokemon without DW ability, but Drizzle Politoad? If it has been released (like Drizzle Politoad and Speed Boost Blaziken), it's allowed in standard OU.
Force_Flex
What if I want Swarm Scizor, but Drizzle Politoad. How would I do that, is what I'm asking.
burnpsy
...I'd think my answer here is the same. You can mix and match easily enough, you aren't forced into only using Dream World abilities...
Tentacruel
Ugh, level 1 Aron + Sandstorm + Sturdy + Shell Bell + Endeavor = HAAXXX!!!!!!
Flame Dragon
Ugh, level 1 Aron + Sandstorm + Sturdy + Shell Bell + Endeavor = HAAXXX!!!!!!I had the Donphan version on my team. I either sucked with it or people already know how to counter it. IMO it isn't that hard, but it's still going to really hurt one of your pokemon unless you have a ghost. On the subject of the Dream World I love it since it gave old pokemon the ability to get new abilities and and a good number got good ones out of the deal (Blaze being a great example). Also smogon has started doing testing. Lets let the ubers run wild.

Toffee.
Ugh, level 1 Aron + Sandstorm + Sturdy + Shell Bell + Endeavor = HAAXXX!!!!!!Does a Shell Bell work with Endeavor?
Tentacruel
Shell Bell restores a fixed amount of health, not a percentage. A level 1 Aron's hp is fully restored each turn, so Sturdy activates EVERY TIME YOU HIT IT!

Flame Dragon
You're freaking out over that?He should be. It really hurts Batton Pass Team since they loss a great way to set up. Does a Shell Bell work with Endeavor?Yea, it great if your using it since it normally takes out , or really hurts, one pokemon.
Anbu-of-Sand
I'm assuming this is a good place to ask my Pokemon question. You see, I have just started out playing 'Competitive Pokemon', and I need some help on the Tiers. It's a simple question, but most likely also dumb, but I have I need to know. Now let's take this Tier for example. Are these the Pokemon that are not allowed to be used, or the Pokemon that are only allowed to be used? If it is neither of the two that I have stated, please explain. I ask this for all the Tiers. After I am answered, I will re-modify my (Pokemon Online) Team, test it out, and post it here for some CnC. It'd be gladly appreciated.

Anything Uber is not allowed. Everything in OU is what should be used. Occasionally, a Pokemon from Borderline or UU can be used in a OU team. If not, once again, please explain. Otherwise, thank you for the help.
Flame Dragon
Speaking of tiers the first draft of the OU one is up. It's on smogon and I hope to posts the list this weekend, however as I've shown I might end up putting it off.

Ubers > OU > BL > UU > NU/NFE Anything in a tier may be used only in matches of that tier and above and are banned in the lower ones. For example, Blissey is OU. You may use it in OU and Ubers, but not UU, NU, or any other lower tiers.

Or is every Pokemon out there listed in a Tier, but there are just ones that are placed somewhere specifically to keep the, I guess you can say 'Meta' balanced, correct? Sorry if this sounds like I'm repeating you in any way, I just want to double check and make sure.

Sorry if this sounds like I'm repeating you in any way, I just want to double check and make sure. All of them are on a list somewhere. The lists, aside from Ubers and BL, are purely usage-based. Ubers is a banlist of sorts for OU and BL is a banlist of sorts for UU.
