Special Summon 1 'People Running About' from your Graveyard and equip it with this Card. A Card Special Summoned in this way has its ATK increased equal to the combined level of your opponent's monsters x200. If "People Running About' were to be destroyed by Spell or Trap Card Effect, you can destroy this Card instead.

This Card cannot be Summoned except by Tributing 1 face-up 'People Running About' you control. This Card is unaffected by the Effects of your opponent's Trap Cards. This Card gains 400 ATK for each 'People Running About' in your Graveyard.

1 Tuner + 1 "People Running About"

Once per turn, by tributing 1 monster you control, you can Special Summon 1 "People Running About' from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

Activate only when a "People Running About" is declared as an attack target, negate the attack and destroy the attacking monster. You can then discard 1 Card form your hand to draw 1 Card from your Deck.

 

[spoiler=Leader of the People]

This Card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 1 "People Running About" you control and 1 other monster. Increase this Cards ATK by 200 for each Card in your Graveyard with 'of the People' in their names. When this Card is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon 1 "People Running About" from your Graveyard. Your opponent can only select this Card as an attack target while it is face-up on the field.

You can Special Summon this Card from your hand. When this Card is Normal Summoned, increase its ATK by 700. This Card can attack your opponent directly.

It's a Pyro monster. It has plenty of support. They all have good enough support to get them on the field pretty fast. But, this is a nice idea none the less.

Well of course the origional card itself is weak. Its a bunch of People Running About. What do you expect?

 

As for your cards, They would be fun to use XD

The idea doesn't sound so bad, in fact it's kinda great.

 

People Running About and all his other friends (Oppressed People and Huge Revolution). None of them would stand very long on the field. In fact, they won't even survive 1 round in today's game. A few years ago, maybe they get chance. Now, NO chance on their own.
